i have frekaing rashes! UGH UGH UGH! ITCHY! i hate it! YUCKS! i cant scratch cause it hurts! stupid stadium. ):

okay lets see. had training at 11 this morning. thinking tha ti was late i rushed into the stadium and GUESS WHAT! i was the first one there! coach came behidn me. and i was the only one training at that point of time! stupid stefan came like 45min late! sheesh. hahas. oh well. did a pretty fast warm up. did the right right left left jump thingy. and i did bounding UPHILL! okay maybe thats exaggerated. up a slope is more like it. hahas. did core stability after that and i was a WET! perspired alot today. sophie was disgusted. hahas! yeahh. went with sophie to the bakery after that to get my pathetic lunch for the day. watched the rest of the races. OH! i started on my chinese book! (: it took me an hour to finish 4 pages. :\ and 30min to finish another 10pages? hahas! k that was like so wrong.

oh and poor valerie! she pulled her hamstring. sighs. poor girl! valaweee! you takkaire of your leg okay! get back up and running soon k dear! (:

went to watch the U-15 bpys triple jump. but! and i mean a HUGE BUT. it started to rain REALLY HEAVILY! stupid rain. we were stranded on the other end for an HOUR. sheesh. and i as reading my chinese book. hahas. yay! i learn 2 words today. muahahas. with the help of shen lao shi and miss chan. yupps. oh and they postponed the triple jump to tomorrow morning 10am. oh well. i'm not fated to watch it. hahas. but im gonna try really hard to watch gails race. yupps. k i guess thats all so yeah. bye!
